I Will Ride Poem by michael johns

I Will Ride

Sometimes I question why I choose to ride.
Is it worth it at the end of the day?
Do I accomplish anything? I say
When I found the answer I could have cried
Out of euphoric happiness you see,
Riding helps me to keep fit and chase dreams.
Although riding is tough it often seems
Whenever I ride, I smile with glee.

Riding makes me feel as free as a bird,
Unstoppable, not a care in the world,
Cept pushing hard to the top of the hill.
Or at te end when emotions are stirred,
From sheer exhaustion, so much I hurled.
Will I keep riding? The answer...I will.
