May be some thoughts are buried alive.
May be some attempts failed to strive.
Maybe some hopes couldn't survive
But, I will rise.

My skills may evaporate,
success may deceit my fate.
But the curses'll be blessings in disguise,
because I'll rise.

Life can shut all the doors,
My drowning ship may not reach shores.
But a ray of hope still opens my eyes.
So, I will rise.

Today the winds may rebel,
rain may be just a fable,
springs may seem as lies.
But still I will rise.
