I Wish Everything Were Flowers Poem by Raimi Babatunde

I Wish Everything Were Flowers

She is an audacious brat
with a horrendous backside.
She was so mesmerising
That I don't even know the colour of my confusion.

I wish everything were flowers
It would be a world of beauty
A very good sensation
for the upliftment of the soul and mind
All these means absolutely nothing
To what loving you means to me...

When we cuddle and snoogle
I feel like I am in heaven
And nothing else matters
You are the spirit behind my joys
The perfect note to my strings
I wish I met you before my wife
But when you smiled and said 'Lori Iro'
I died...
