I Wish We Were More Than Friends - Poem by Shaina Lloyd

Do you notice me when I walk by?
Why won't you ask me out, is it because you're shy?
I told you I would be here if you needed a friend
and told you that our friendship will never end.
You're my type of guy who I have liked forever
and was hoping that maybe someday we would be together.
I love everything about you in every single way
and I'm always waiting to see you at school the very next day.
But somewhere way down deep
I know it can't be true
That you would never like me as much as I want you too.

Had girl and boy been created equal in terms of EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION, I think there would be no more eligible men left, JOKE! Good write SHAINA! (Report) Reply
