I Wonder Poem by vayu mankotia

I Wonder

Is it the world we thought of,
No trust, no truth left, Its only bluff.
All we do is nothing, just talk,
We feel bad and what we do is some more talk.
We lie, we kill and we don't regret,
We love but to disguise, i can bet.
Life is lost, its just another blunder,
Where are we going, I wonder.
The path we were shown is blocked,
We are to blame, that the glory is locked.
The war is inside, human vs. human,
Jungle is wild but cities have got the demon.
I can't sleep, I cry for us all,
Let's stand up for a fight, before we fall.
Would there be shelter for those in thunder,
It wouldn't be a dream perhaps, i wonder.
The love lost would be back someday,
It wouldn't be late, that there's nothing to say.
Boundaries would just be on paper,
Go & confess that we care, don't keep it for later.
No one knows how short is this stay,
Let's work some extra hour till the last ray.
Is earth fine, I sit here and wonder,
Is earth mine, I sit here and wonder.
