I Wonder - Poem by Innocent Once

Shining up there
Burning light
Twinkling stars
At night
Wonder if you're listening
Wonder if you're there
Can you hear me?
Can you hear my pray?
Can't you make the world
Put down it's guns?
Start being nice to everyone?
Stop the wars?
And the fighting too?
You're the only one that can
You are able to
So man up in the stars
Me and many others
Are asking you
I wonder if you're listening
Wonder if you're there.

WOw..............Lovely poem.......I think you are referring to god who is up there. A completely amazing way in which you expressed yourself in this poem. (Report)Reply
