I wonder why I am sad
When I am happy within a day
I wonder why it does not rain no more
While it snow within a week
I wonder why I cry
And smile with the same mouth
I wonder why there is drought
Where there is drowning on earth
I wonder why we fight
While we can be friends
I wonder why we shake hands
Before we start to fight
I wonder why I wrote this
While I kept on writing
I wonder why you know my name
Where I can guess yours
I wonder why I learn to hate
While I can learn to love more
I wonder why I learn to bite
While I can learn French kiss
I wonder why I am who I am
But not who I want to be
I wonder why I wanted to take the blame
For something that I have not done
