I Would See Your Semblance. Poem by Marcondes Pereira

I Would See Your Semblance.

I would see your semblance,
To understand the face
Of angels and wolves
Of demons and elves
I would listen to your call
To escape from my fall.
Or to accept that time will fade,
Or to accept that mortality is made...
Of our dreams fallen in the sand.
OF our dead flowers hold in my hand.
