Identity Or Entity
Which one do you prefer to lose
The very moment you are
Asked to choose..?
Alternatives available for you
Are, no doubt, two.
Identity or Entity
Let me specify with
An instance.
Solute and Solvent
When sugar dissolves in water
Definitely it loses
Its visible existence.
Still it does carry its
Features of identity
That is no doubt
Sweetness in water.
Whereas water as a solvent
Ensures its very existence
But loses its unique features of water.
Mix a spoon of powder colour
Let watch and dissolve
Although entity of water is
Safe and secured
You can't drink it as it is not worthy
For quenching your thirst.
