Idleness - Poem by EZEKIEL HARUNA DANBAKI

In abundance of idleness
When indolence crowns her own chiefs
He swagger the streets in gad-about bliss
Yawning to the pangs of hunger

Less you think he be no victor

He owns a wife whose mammary glands had survived four glutonic mouths
and now serving another
