If I Could Be - Poem by fara sutaru
If only I could make a choice and be a tree
An old oak tree that I will be
For many years I will stand strong
Against the wind and through the storm.
If I could live in water I will be a reef
It may appear fragile and weak
But deep inside that superficial looks
It inspires a painter's stroke.
