If My Life Was A Canvas Poem by Alfred Ramos

If My Life Was A Canvas

If my life was a canvas
It would be one of those
Paint by the number boards
Showing the many shades of my life
Structure and definition
Need not apply
Care given inside the lines
Close ups may seem like a blur
But at a distance I blend in
No one really knows me
But again I hardly know myself
The same brush used over and over
My life is regular and ordinary
Life autumn leaves I fall
And scatter in the wind
