If Only
If only things were different
If only you could see
The tears behind the mask
My heart slowly bleeds
You said you loved me and looked me in the eyes
I wanted to believe them but my heart knew they were lies
How quickly you changed your mind when things didn’t go your way
How stupid am I sometimes I wish you would have stayed.
How quickly those feelings faded
If only things were different
