If Only
Sometime it seems that
every moment of my life
passes slower than the
next.
My memories evade my
mind like birds flocking
to the South.
I want to hold on to those
memories forever and
never let them go but the
fears hidden in the bottom
of my heart push them
away.
Somewhere, something
deep inside of me wants
to love him.
But something much more
real to me, tells me no
