As quick as earth moves,
As sudden as leaves fall to the ground,
Maybe one day when I awake,
My darling you wont be around,
But my days wont be a struggle,
I will see them through to the end,
My heart will not be breaking,
Cries for you I shall not send,
If you have forgotten me darling,
I have already forgotten you,
If you are missing me darling,
I am already missing you too,
Please do not look for me,
Look forward and never back,
If you forget me,
Then I am just your past.
