Illusion Unveiled Part I (Mar 8th,2004)

My heartbeat slows...
the beat of my heart
slows it's rhythm
almost to a complete halt
along with the world around

Every sound
pierces my ear with
razor sharp accuracy
Movements betray themselves
caught in full focus by my eyes

Every pin dropp
word spoken under breath
uttered word
body language
every slight of hand
even the slightest movement
follows a designated path
within the thickness of substance
known as reality

Both senses along with
tasting the thickness of reality
make the illusion somewhat tangible
