I'm Breaking Down Poem by Abhinav Garg

I'm Breaking Down

I'm breaking down slowly cause i got attached,
surprising right?
No. It shouldn't be.
Cause the day we met I told you,
'Be careful, I'll get attached'
And now it's me who miss you the most,
This isn't a letter of anger,
But of confusion..
And regret and simply helpless tears rolling down the cheek,
I am now a fish in the sea stuck in a net,
I used to be the net in which you came and called it your beautiful safe world,
And then you broke through, leaving me to wonder..
To question myself, my own personality..
Was i not good enough for you?
Was i enough but not much more?
Was i not the extra shining sparkle that you were looking for?
Was i just another bridge you crossed?
Now not only your secrets do i keep, but i fear mine being published,
Cause now you're just a stranger with all my secrets..
This isn't fair..
Well this isn't anger, or apology, just a dilemma.
