I'm Gloomy described About My Sadness

I'M GLOOMY

Hey! Hey! ! Hey! ! !
I'm not a man —
But I'm a little something, still I stand.
I'm gloomy, yes, I'm gloomy,
Even though I wonder freely.

Though life is full of thrill,
This heart feels quiet, standing still.
Even herbs and petals bloom in bliss,
Yet something in me feels amiss.

Oh thou, oh thou — why this gloom?
Even with friends, shadows loom.
Family's near, love is here,
Yet still, the sadness won't disappear.

How is this bond? What does it mean?
Why does even joy feel so unseen?

I'm gloomy, yes... still gloomy.
