Im I In-Love, Confused Or Just Insane? - Poem by Hillfigure Sackey
You go through life avoiding certain complications
but find you they do and you find your self confused,
curious as to how, when, why it happened.
With every heartbeat the feeling gets stronger
it grows roots and routs its way into your confused mind.
Just one smell of you and I smile for your smell takes
me to the place I long to be forever. Never have I felt a
kiss so heart wrenchingly divine, that which reminds me
of summer days as exquisite as the lights of the moon.
As days turns to night I burn for the touch that blazes
through me like a torch of fire. Only your heart I seek
to answer to as wither I fear my heart will if fail I do
in answering. Is this really confusion? you find your self asking
because you know with every heartbeat, every waking
moment, every heated tender touch you’ll be thinking
of him. Confusion? what is confusion, what is
confusion when every kiss is as sweet as the next.
When every touch grabs hold of the fire burning
within. What can be as sweet when being with you
confounds all notion of time. How can such be dubbed as
confusion. Confused I doubt I am as the laughter you
wrench out of me is as apparent as the sun in the sky.
Never had I felt so lucky as with eyes serene I look upon your
face and with ear I ravish no other voice than yours. Lucky
I am, as with each touch my pulse beats with your heart.
This feeling does not require a name but sing it’s glorious
renditions I shall as each moment becomes something to
be treasured. Could this be love... if so let it be, if not
what ever it is let it burn forever.
