'Impatient' Poem by joseph nez

'Impatient'

I walk and then sometimes plod.
I can become this no hurry understanding.
Repetitious I've seen in this side of path,
it can be the same in a different moment.

I've been in the life of a stream.
Flowing upward will learn to understand.
I know to give the hand to lend
I know to lie
I don't cry, but walk into a hurry.
Sometimes without understanding.
Sometimes in love, in hate, sometimes furry.
