In Between
As we pretend to be liberal
the genes continue conserving the characters ancient and
new ones
with follies
and imperfections
with virtues and boons
inherited or acquired
though
always in a line of changes do we mutate
and create
Heaven
or
Hell
from within
or outside
And witnesses all.
