In Brotherly Love Poem by Michael P. Johnson

In Brotherly Love

Bow down dogmas, creeds and sects
Religions, man has found
Life’s King, seeks loyal subjects
To rise, on holy ground

Not squabble with one another
Warring in every land
But seeing everyone as a brother
Begin to understand

Disagreements will be at first
Arguments sometimes rise
For me! Who’ll hunger those who’ll thirst
Wisdom will open eyes

True knowledge will open wide your mind
My Truth will testify
No longer when deaf, dumb, or blind
Through faith, you’ll never die

Faithful you’ll walk, hopeful you’ll live
Your soul will thrive through love
Blessings my children will I give
Abundant, from above

Take up my bible night and day
My every word is true
In Jesus’ name, each time you pray
My child! I’ll hear you

I’ll guide you, through life’s every trial
Comfort, in times of grief
Through all life’s storms, you’ll stand and smile
Trusting in true belief

Nothing my child will have to fear
Once Jesus’ blood sets free
Know Salvation’s always near
Through The Promised One from me…..
