In Hell Poem by Babs mcclenaghan

In Hell

I awake to a heart of stone always draged down by ya tone
a waste of space you say my poems need to be burnt, then you drink and here you go again, you try to strangle life from me
you dont give a dam, some days i wish i didnt awake from my deep sleep im safe, its mi kids that keep me going not you who keeps a strangling. Walking on drowned air your hearts not there you lie and keep me down i fight back only to stop! please, please leave us alone let us have peace. morn is here and i cry go to hell im gonna survive.
help is not really there its all a dream, words to pray to keep ya from dying inside. lock him away he'll come back he wont go away, ya scared so you let him back only to see its a lie on me.
