In Limerence With The Narrative Poem by Sun Tanned Wukong

In Limerence With The Narrative

ENTHRALLED, INTOXICATED, HYPNOTIZED,
I only wanna see life through its eyes
Curse the shepherd and his sheep
I'm awake in it's realm of fantasies

BRUISING, PURSUING, INTRIGUING,
You turn every pain into pleasure
Like how Jesus turned water into the finest wine
You exhibit the disorders and flaws in each humans
And somehow turn us into voyeurs of our own experiences

AMUSING, DELUDING, SWEETENING,
Authors are just your retinues
Mere disciples spreading the good news
To help amuse the public consciousness
And help bring color to public life
Which helps sweeten any of our darkest days
By borrowing from your intoxicating hymns
To paint a thousand pictures with just one stroke

The unraveling of this revelation reveals:

The epitome of life isn't in reality. it's in you.
