In Me Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

In Me

In me

Was in search
Why?
Why?
Why?
-why always in sadness
-and in times angry?

Why?
Why?
Why?
-do always criticize?

Busy with article
- (Possibly the hardest)
-thirty-page, more or less
-of questions and answers

Biruni- Avicenna…

"Why does he, Aristotle…"
-(Stubborn,)
- "…is dogma and rejects
-gravity, levity, of heavens? "

Razi is father of alcohol
-Avicenna's professor

Student, genius
-is known far
-more, better

He rejects his teacher's
-knowledge of galaxies and heavens
-respects him only in, body-terms

Biruni is humble
-skin bag
-not water's, neither wine's
-but questions and questions
-and questions

He is a wanderer
-who wonders

I am a nothing, null, observer…

Am lost in every word
-of letters
-Plato, Aristotle
-Razi with student
-who now is, a teacher

Curious
Curious
Curious

This is what we have been
-people of area called Iran

See Magi's following the star
-that is us

See Salman, his trip to Hijaz
-that is us

Listen to Mohammad
- (Prophet of Islam)
-he has talked of us and relation with knowledge
- "They find it even if is hidden in skies."

This is us
This is us
This is us

But also
-we, always
-have had a
-Siavash
-John; Baptist
-and Hussein

We love the victimised
-and deprived from rights

We always
-need Zorro

He will come
He must come
Right is right and must come

Righteous is a dream for it we, bear the pain.
