You declare everything I need to hear you say
And I say
You are the answer to my prayers
The one who makes my day
I know
When trouble comes my way
You are always there for me
When no one else will lead the way
And though
It seems you are too good to be true
True is what you’ve always been
True, faithful, loyal, and a selfless friend
I am
Perpetually blessed to have a man like you
You treat me right in every way
You press toward happier days
You laugh, you play
You embrace me firmly
Your one of a kind affection
Made it so clear to me
That I love you
And in not so many words
You’ve always had a way of saying
That you love me
It is your actions
That have always shown through
That in every single way
My love is meant for you
