In Silence Poem by Shija Chongs

In Silence

Rating: 4.0

When I am quiet, I see.... Because my eyes are open. I see all that sorrounds me.

I see too much, but can do little to change it...

I see friends, who laugh with me bt take me for granted.

I then see the past. Now a mist. It's gone, long gone but it too is painful.

I see years wasted in protecting my reputation: I know better now, it's my character I should have been more concerned with.

In silence, I see...

In silence, I talk too. I question everything around me.

When in silence, no one talks too.
