In The Blink Of An Eye Part Iv - Poem by Alfred Ramos

In the blink of an eye
Our life can pass us by
For reasons we know not why
Will it do any good to cry
To give it one more try
We watch the sunset die
On the wings of a butterfly
Do we have time for one more sigh
Will our dreams fly away high
Into the black velvet sky
Or will they just hang out to dry
In the blink of an eye
As our passion goes awry
