In The Day After Tomorrow Poem by Tina Baaklini

In The Day After Tomorrow

My sweet soulmate,

In the day after tomorrow
We'll be together, I know
We'll wake up in a new morrow
While the sun in our hearts glows

In the day after tomorrow
The past we'll forever forgo
As Pilgrims on the path of love we'll go
At spring when buds of daisies grow

In the day after tomorrow
Our star in the sky will brightly glow
Blessing the reunion of our souls
As we taste the sweet fruits of our toil

In the day after tomorrow
In few weeks, months or so
We'll run barefoot endless meadows
Where the grass is tender and mellow
