Make this my last request:
That you remember me at my best.
Do not linger on my sorrows...
Remember the tomorrows made it best.
Never knowing what would come,
Never regretting, never jumping the gun.
Every decision I made for the best,
Taking some time out of my life to rest.
Remember loving no matter what was done,
And playing the game no matter who has won.
Remember fearing nothing but myself,
And overcoming when my life was hell,
Remember living thru the bad times too,
Pretending nothing, only wanting to.
The sacrifices that I made for you,
Remember love, no matter what you do...
Just know that what I did was for the best.
And that my love will always stand the test,
No matter if I'm here or if I'm gone,
I love you all no matter what the price...
Please just remember me enjoying life.
