In The Eyes Of Another Poem by Olha Bieznos

In The Eyes Of Another

if you have seen it all,
show me at least
a the half of it.

show me how
vapor is spinning
spiral,
shaping the clouds
above the mountains of
iceland.

show me the
book of poetry. its pages are
yellow — the color of
not being read,
of being
forgotten.

show me the
marks of history,
consuming an ever standing
monument, since
forever.

or show me a
simple sunset,
reflecting itself,
self-reflecting.

if you have seen it all,
show me at least
one thing,
so i could open my eyes
once again.
