Incomprehensible Poem by Annie Clarke

Incomprehensible

How do you contemplate
Such a sight?
Such freedom
Gone
Over thinking
Mindful attempted tranquillity
Deepset relief
At the sight
Yet relief at the loss
Such turmoil
Malevolent
Incepting the soul
and steering it
stuttering into fear
Complacent cold
Twisting round
as dawn breaks to the beginning
