Increased Years Poem by DANIEL ESSIEN

Increased Years

INCREASED YEARS

The pendulum kicks always
In three hundred and sixty six days
My life he kept....
Watching over me night and day
With love and care...
Never slumber nor sleep...
All through plight and odds
With the ups and downs...
As sometimes these I sees
But in these all he is gracious.

Let me take a thought to the past
The difficulties of times and test
The way I was toast to and fro
By people, situations and life
But in all he was my stay.

Check my level...changed
Check my life...blessed
Check my prayer life...stable
Check my spiritual life...the devil jealous
Checked my heights...increased
Check my finance...better
Check and check...God is at work
Both to Will and to do his good pleasure.
With age I'm blessed.....
No doubt God is faithful
Thanks for the gift of life
Health and wealth....
Thanks for this day....
The twelve day in the month of May....
I am increase of years.
