Indecisive Poem by Michael Matsuda

A feeling too little too late

For by this time I'll be leaving in a nearby date

But for once I feel lucky that I have this warmth inside

It makes me sad about shoving all of it aside

What I think it is attraction

It makes my day bright, even if it's just for a fraction

I don't think I should pursue

because I will be gone and much ado

For I will start a new chapter and turn a leaf

However, my conscious tells me to try even if it is very brief.

Because that happiness will be remembered and will make my departure complete.....
