Indi And I Poem by josephine lee

Indi And I

Indi and I, we met on the bus
It was a full moon night
If i remember right
And the bus broke down
There all of us were standing by the road
He approach me and ask
What are you looking at
I reply to him, the moon of course
Thus we begun to talk, fore another bus arrive
Up the bus we went, and resume our talk again
This time near the front we sat
We talk and laugh at many a things
One I do remember was about the bus-driver
It goes like this: sitting there and talking I say
Better keep a lookout on the bus-driver
Least he fall asleep once again
We laugh at that of course and agree
that it best to keep a lookout on the bus-driver
Another we talk of was the passengers
Those who came up after the accident
that happen because the bus-driver fall asleep
My stop came and down i went
That the last of Indi i ever saw again
Sometime when I'm on a bus
I will remember once again
There was a friend of mine call Indi
Who i met on a bus, Will i someday see him again
If i do, will i know it is the boy call Indi
that i met once upon a bus amd will he know me
