Inexperienced
A boy came up to me
and said,
'Your eyes shine like
the moon.'
And my cheeks flushed.
And my knees shook.
And my heart raced.
He took my hand with a smile
and said,
'Your skin is soft as
the sky.'
And my cheeks blushed.
And my knees opened.
And my heart pounded.
Then he turned away from me
and said,
'You were a lot
of fun.'
And my cheeks felt tears.
And my knees buckled.
And my heart broke in two.
