Innocent Rain Poem by lady dreamer

I can hear the music of the crashing waves along the shore,
I can feel the breeze of the wind towards that door,
The moonlight shows the shadow of it's beauty,
Just like my heart that keeps on beating even when it's empty.

There might be a million of stars in the sky,
But now they're all gone and I'm wondering why,
You've touched my heart like nobody does,
Kissed me like it was always our last.

Our memories that visit my dreams endlessly,
How could a sweet yesterday could hurt me so badly,
I told myself, 'never look back if you don't want to feel the pain'
And that I will just my hide my tears under an innocent rain.
