Innocent Youth Poem by Alexander Foald

Innocent Youth

Just in time for your convenience
Loads of jumps around the deck
We hear the sound of the ocean
Giving birth to a thousand of lives

Walking past the ugly memories
Forge my claws to scratch the trees
Do you hear the thunder’s screaming?
Calling out from the freedom in the sky

If only we can always be true to ourselves
Not of any lies lying upon its word
If only we can always be sure of everything
We can just run and get lost to our dream

Beautiful stars, silent nights
Answer me only for this time
Why do we fight each other,
Only to find the true meaning of life?
