Instant - Poem by Michel Galiana

If the mirrored rose is the instant mirrored
Which rose does in the rose show and mirror itself?
The echoed sounds within the brain's caverns and shelves
Do not outrank who utters them, as their lord.
A flight that is lit up by an instant sparkle
Is a moment renewed by space, always the same.
Dance, in your motionless drunkenness, you shall flame
With whirling steps your rest fettered in its shackles.
A flower is a flower's secret and chase for it.
Your walk is mere repose for the flash that has lit,
Mere remains of a warden benumbed by the rime.
Do you shine on my past or on my days to come?
I don't know, at the gate opening on my home,
If I adore a rose or breathe hurrying time.
