Institutes Of Life Poem by Allan Chorusch

Institutes Of Life

Grasping your life to be as easy as possible
holding on to the promises we were given
feeling excitement when this promise draws so near
and thus instituted to an empty despairing hope.

Feeling that all is not lost and hope is still there
we toil to meet the promises and hope they will endure
for we are bound by life's obstacles yet cannot understand why
as the institute of life gains our well being we just sit sit and cry
