Intimate Addiction Poem by Nicholas Stuart

Intimate Addiction

Neat little soldiers, dressed in white
comfort my fears, bring delight
Attack the cold inside me
i fear for my life, it's saddening

Burn my desires, let addiction grow
all my thoughts seem to go
this vicious cycle, that dark red glow
My dear friend, please let me go

Oh mother, I've mealy switched addiction
the love i once had, is my affliction
so i need this, so many to let go
for the pain inside me, it seems to grow.

cancerous thoughts, occupy the mind
these cruel mistresses, my heart is blind
her eyes covered in a thickened haze
bring opportunistic infectious maze.

Start the burn
let Chemicals flow
my veins do grow... now flick that.
