Life is a battleground.
When dreams are shattered
there is one waiting to be rescued,
from the debris.
When hope is scattered
the search must be sent out,
into the storm to find the lost.
When fear is flattered,
courage gives the cue to steal
the footlights.
When strength is tattered,
restoration can be found hiding deep
in a memory.
Life is more than unending challenge.
Life is victory, if you wish to taste it.
Life is more than the slaughter of promise.
Life is homemade destiny, if you
choose to chance it.
Everyone has a purpose,
no life is created to be wasted.
You must open the shades to
feel the sunshine.
Blinders must be removed for better vision.
You have to look up to see the rainbow.
Life is a battle, not to be lost.
