Shake, Shake, Shake
That's what you did with but a song you sang.
Your voice so sweet it formed the key
With one purpose it can spare
So shook you did and my heart it squeaked
And it's doors were flung so bare.
In you came with neither pride nor shame
With only desire I hope we shared.
But alas you stood, my chair on foot
a change so hard to bear.
I'll abate your presence that's what I thought
Before my heart it crumbles.
Yes glue it back! How brilliant I was.
But the cracks just made more friends.
Disintegrated, that's what happened.
The day my heart you fled.
I tried. I defended. I failed.
