Invading Darkness Poem by Jerwin Etchona

I felt so alone in this vast world,
No one wants to hear me I was told,
People ignoring me whom I called,
Pushed me away and build up a wall.

Now I can't reach them anymore,
I felt so weak and can't show them no more,
I am no one but a useless one,
All I can do is to witness the hiding sun.

Now are you happy of my misery?
If I could just turn back time and change my history,
I'm falling deeper and can't go back more,
No one waiting for me right through the door.

Now I bid my bitter goodbye,
Turn back at you and enough with the lie,
Slow pace of walking and heavy sighing,
And darkness slowly invades me, I'll give up trying.
