Invictus
When you've been
totally abandoned by the world
it's the defining moment
when your true courage begins to unfurl-
all shackles will have been broken
as you come to your very own:
from the pinnacle you look down-alone-
all is sunshine resplendent
all darkness is overthrown:
such glory, such joy, such bliss
to be abandoned
your life sparkles as you're reborn
