Irreplaceable Love Poem by Mikaila Scotto

Irreplaceable Love

Can’t stop thinking
Won’t stop wondering
What would have happened?
If I had stayed near

Would you have loved me
As you should have
Or would you have still left

Can you see the pain in my eyes?
As you leave for yet another time
Can you feel the pain in my heart?
As I squeeze you goodbye

You just can’t tell
And you will never know
How much it always pains me
To just watch you go

As you walk through the door
You don’t even look back
My heart breaks again

But I always come back on top
Stronger each time

I don’t know how much longer
That I can put up with this
My heart isn’t replaceable
You want it you have to earn it
