Is Love Real Poem by Charleston Moore Decided

Is Love Real

Rating: 5.0

I find myself often contemplating
If love is real
All I have experienced of this
Is a love that's blinding
Hiding it's true intent from the lover
A love that's backstabbing
Striking you down
Stripping you of your innocence
Wrapping and overlapping you with it's pain till you're drowning

Love to me feels like regret
Regret so deep set I sense it in my very soul
But
If you have found something different
Something set apart
That kind of love that is more rare then perfection
That is deeper than affection or a so called connection
Then
I beg you
Hold nothing more closely
For very few have experienced something so lovely
