Is Nearly Every Pearl Purloined? Poem by Saiom Shriver

Is Nearly Every Pearl Purloined?

Untimely ripped from the cloisters
of most innocent oysters
is nearly every
pearl
purloined?

The oyster suffers when the
pearl is made
and suffers more when
his lots are divided amongst others..
his jewelry stolen
his flesh consumed.
