It, I, We, They, This And That Poem by charles carrelli

It, I, We, They, This And That

It is desire, it is a dream.
I am despair, I am a nightmare.
It is hope, it is accomplishment.
I am pity, I am failure.
We are friends, we are lovers.
They are enemies, they are rivals
we are true, we are trusting.
They are fake, they are lies.
This is home, this is right.
That is prison, that is wrong.
This is us, this is life.
That too is us.
That too is life.
