Its summer now, off of work
And I’ll play
I’ll play all day
Because it’ll only be a day

But summer turned to fall
I sit here writing till the last leaf
On the tree is gone
Now it is gone and

Now it is winter
But that is okay because it’ll only be a day
I build a snowman and drink some hot chocolate

But winter turns to spring
But that’s okay because it’ll only be a day
I listen, listen to the birds,
As they sing a song
I am okay, because it’ll only be a day

Spring turns back to summer
The year had changed, but I am okay
It’ll only be a day
I’ll wait till that day
Because it’s only a day away
